Operating Philosophy
Our firm is stewarded by President and Master Electrician, Kristine DeNapoli and Vice President, Nanci-jean DeNapoli who represent the third generation of a family of electricians.

We maintain a dual mission: first, we work to reduce project costs always ensuring quality workmanship; and second, we are committed to attracting, developing, motivating and retaining exceptional workers. As part of our corporate philosophy, we assist our clients to realize their business visions to ultimately benefit the community by advancing both sustainability and resiliency goals. That philosophy drives the way we perform our business, in the office and in the field.

We are a full-service firm providing a broad range of services, including emergency and parking lot lighting, fire alarm systems, card and audio/visual security systems, station rehabilitation, elevators, handicapped and correctional facility power installations and building maintenance systems, as well as LED lighting design and install. In 1998, Kristine DeNapoli, KND’s President and Treasurer and Nanci-Jean DeNapoli, Vice President and Secretary assumed leadership and majority ownership of KND and guided the firm into new markets. Worker safety is a top agenda item for KND Electric.

Safety in construction is just part of the requirements. Planning and building electrical installations require an extensive understanding of electrical installation safety procedures.

Every KND professional and field staff completes an OSHA 10 and 30 Safety Training course as part of their basic safety training. In addition, our staff is trained in specialized electrical contracting safety procedures to ensure that all safety risks are mitigated and reduced at each worksite. KND makes the right connections safely.

KND Electric is committed to providing a positive, professional and team atmosphere. We pride ourselves on always offering benefits and a work environment that protects our employees, while also offering them opportunities to learn and master new technologies and enhance their safety training.
